1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To qualify:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition with all tags, labels, manuals, and packaging intact.
Products must be returned with all original accessories and components.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be provided.
Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:

Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned/exchanged, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to avoid loss or damage during return transit.
Shipping costs for exchanges or subsequent replacement orders are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Condition Upon Return

6. Inspection and Refunds

7. Exchanges

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if no tracking information is provided.
